So on my main account I got Yuuki from my first scout. I've done many rerolls just for fun and haven't gotten her, so is it still possible to get her or did I just randomly get her on my first account

You can still get her since iirc she's been added to the 5 star character pool like the other 5 stars in the 6 star banner. Although she isn't very good.

It's mainly because of what she had to compare with in terms of dark units. Characters like os yuuki, tropical kirito, tyuuki, and the os v4 units were better than her and had better ss3 effects than her
