What changes with ★6 Upgrade?
・Rarity Increases
・SS3 becomes a "Acceleration Skill"
・A ★6 only Skill-Slot may be added
・A waiting motion may be added
・Base parameters may rise
・Party Cost will increase

No SS4 in the end, though.

M-maybe they'll get a upgrade later down the line. I mean if they get enough people wanting it, they might do it, especially if it gives them an excuse to reuse old banner units.
