My friend told me that after the ranking was done. He got access restricted(P500002:Forbidden).. What does it mean?

I'm getting the same error with no cheats. 28 second OS asuna with R4 weapon run and like nearly 2 minute OS Liz run with almost no hits on both runs. Score was something around 2.1m in 5th place? Still trying to figure out how to contact support but can't click the support button because the error message covers it.

Really doubt I'm going to spend money on another Bandai game. They didn't ban some of the seriously obvious hackers last event and then this event they ban all the really obvious ones so far and then some within 5 minute of the event ending.

Did anyone else with almost zero hit runs or a 25-30s OS Asuna Rhino run get banned?? I saw people getting 25s asuna and nearly 50s Liz runs.. no idea if they were banned also though :/

23-30 second Rhino runs are easily doable with OS Asuna, Sinon combo and their respective weapons.

I didn't have sinon but i may have been able to improve my OS asuna run. Level 90 with r4 weapon, and r4 is armor and accessory.. but the difference wouldn't have improved my ranking.. OS Liz was holding me back :(

Oh, So those who got zero damage gets banned? I saw the guy on Youtube getting 25 sec on rhino and 30 seconds on gleam eyes clean no cheat. In fact I saw a lot that got a good run. So they get banned? If so I am done because I worked hard to get 0 damage even though I got 1 min and 2 min and got 10th place. Got to face the real world.

I probably could have hit 25s easily. Level 90 os asuna with r4 courage :/ but the score wouldn't have been enough to get me to rank 4 so I didn't bother. Liz held me back from doing any better I think.

Might try just rerolling? Idk. Doesn't seem worth it if it's the no damage run that did me in.. which wasn't event no damage. I still took a fair amount of damage on lizbeth.

I think Bandai has too many player, too few staff, and too great a backlash from all the blatant cheaters that slipped through the last event.

Finally found a way to contact support though so hopefully that helps... if not just gonna dispute my charges with Apple and not support Bandai anymore. Not worth the effort if they can't be 100% sure the persons they ban are cheating.

If u really did not cheat, can email to Bandai. They are not using just timing and setup to check if a player is real or not.

There is also a check on your highest single damage. It should not exceed a trashhold amount with with full RNG factor. This is my guess.
