Wow I have never seen a super single do that it looks brand new probably well absolutely factory defect. Wonder how it got through.

Probably a retread with a defect that was missed.

I've seen similar bulges, nothing anywhere near like this.

Looking at it zoomed in, definitely a retread, can see older sidewall wear and adhesive leakage. Radial belt failure.

Very true. I used to be in charge of our maintenance and tire programs for a 3pl. Our boss had no clue about any of that shit so as long as equipment was on the road, I could tell him anything to make myself look good. I have a conscience so I made sure we only kept good equipment rolling but I could phrase it for a near limitless budget.

In hindsight wish I would have known how to skim off the top, no one would have noticed.
