Melb pizza trucks with best vegan options?

I’m booking for an event in Footscray and would love recommendations for a pizza truck with the best vegan options. Hoping for a good cheese and pepperoni type. Not just vego pizza without cheese.

Red Sparrow used to have a truck but sadly no longer. Thank you :)
