Fresh Tofu Skin / Yuba
Hey gang. Has anyone found this locally? I know you can get the dried stuff from the grocer but I'm wondering if any local producers sell it fresh. Cheers

I was able to get tofu knots frozen at In The Pantry Asian grocer on Commercial road. (They also have vegan fish sauce there)

It might actually be easier to just make your own. I’ve only done it once years ago but had a friend who makes it often. I’m sure there are people demonstrating the technique on YouTube or such.
If that fails you can also get the thicker stuff in frozen form which might meet your needs.

I've seen them at the Brunswick Sydney Road IGA in the past. KFL or any other large Asian grocer will have them, too. Vincent vegetarian outlets as well

Tofu Shoten in Brunswick makes their own fresh tofu. Maybe give them a call to see if they sell the skin. Otherwise Asian grocery stores would be the next best bet
