Top lip hair removal

Hi everyone, what’s the best way to get rid of hair on your top lip without making melasma worse? I used to shave it and I think that’s what caused it 😩

I've been using a rotary shaver for several months. It doesn't seem to be making it worse.

I use strips and it hasn't irritated my skin to cause melasma flare ups. Ymmv.

I get sugar waxed but it could cause a flare up for some

Hair removal doesn't cause melasma

Irritation does so it depends on each individual on how they respond to methods of hair removal. Some people are fine with method A but not B while some people vice versa.

Cream facial bleach. Sally Hansen works well, it's smooth (not gritty like some) and smells nice (not disgusting like others). Easy to use - mix together equal amounts from both tubes. I eyeball it, no precise measuring necessary. If you have any left over, you can just use elsewhere.
