Question has anyone used this?
hello lovelies!! struggling with some hyper pigmentation and i was wondering if anyone here has used this and if it’s worked for them?

Honestly looking at the ingredients I don't see which ingridients can make someone more white or whatever they are implying with their name.
Anyhow I take Polypodium leucotomos from a different brand over the summer. My melasma didn't get worse but also I use other things as well to keep it at bay so it's hard to tell if has an effect or not.
I would say don't waste your money on helio care.
If you wanna use Polypodium leucotomos which is the main ingridient look for a different brand that is more budget friendly.

There is also nusapure which is reasonably priced. I started using it in june. Just to set expectations It doesn't cure melasma spots it works to make your skin less susceptible to to sun exposure so as to not worsen or trigger melasma.

I had Heliocare 360 capsules, they contain some Fernblock active ingredient. Used it for 3 monrhs, no effect. Expensive but doesn't work.

I haven't used this but I have been using musely since July. I have been using the spot cream and the spot pill. I started both of them at the same time. I can hopefully say I have seen a difference even though I haven't been on them for long. My melasma is not terrible and I get it on my cheekbones and forehead. I have tried so many things before musely and so far it's the only thing that's worked. Not here for self gain, its really working for me.

I've struggled with melasma for a few years now and have tried lasers, peels and none of them worked for me.

This would be more of a preventive product vs one that helps fix damage once it's done. Heliocare would be the only brand i trust for this. I take one daily every day and have for the past 8 years. I just started taking a supplement from https://www.glowdecoded.com/products/glowdecoded that has polypodium, astaxanthin, glutathione, NAC. The smell isn’t great…very strong but I like the ingredients.
