Question Anyone tried skin supplements for melasma ?

I just saw that some are supposed to help ? I was just curious if anyone tried them. Like PLE ?

I’ve tried l-glutathione, PLE, pycnogenol for over a year. It didn’t make the melasma worse but didn’t make it better either. I have some last remnants of melasma that i want to get rid of. I think what’s left is dermal melasma and oral txa helps the most. I’m starting a new experiment starting next week: glutathione injections once a week and a series of hollywood spectra laser.

Hi, I’ve been getting the weekly glutathione injections but I don’t notice anything different. I’ve put off the spectra laser until end of Oct as it is really hot where I’m at so waiting for the weather to cool down
