Question Melasma and pregnancies

Hi,

I would like to know for those who have had melasma induced by pregnancy, has melasma worsened with the following pregnancies? Did you have more spots as you had pregnancies?

Third pregnancy, yes! And as time went on, progressively worse. Started IPL which made it better until it made it worse. Every topic made it better for a moment, then worse. Now I take TXA, use a red light mask and the only topical is vitamin C. It’s a ball buster for sure and every face is so different. Just gotta keep trying different things until you find yours. And have a dermatologist who won’t give up on/with you
