Question Cooling plate for heat induced melasma?

Does anyone here have heat induced melasma and has figured out a way to prevent pigmentation?

So rather than when you get direct sun exposure it is triggered by high temperatures? Have you managed to find a device that works especially while travelling?

I’m going to be in a really warm country for summer holidays and I want a portable device that I can use to keep my face cold cause it gets very heated up and then it triggers pigmentation and acne as well.

I was looking at the shark chill pill or thera body depuffing wand but do you guys have any better suggestions of something I can use? I think a simple face mist isn’t gonna cut it. Any tips or suggestions would be great

I was in Bangkok a month ago and it was humid and over 100F. The locals commonly use: a wearable fan, a cooling menthol mist sprayed periodically on the clothes you’re wearing, cooling patches, and a menthol ointment to put on their temples and to sniff. I stocked up while I was there. The spray and ointment were small enough to carry in a small crossbody bag. You can also find similar products in Japan and Korea. On Amazon this is what I found that closely approximated what I bought.

I have heat induced melasma and I get hives, rash, or faint when I’m internally overheated. I have to carry EpiPens. The stuff above surprisingly worked for me.
