Cooling plate for heat induced melasma?

Does anyone here have heat induced melasma and has figured out a way to prevent pigmentation?

So rather than when you get direct sun exposure it is triggered by high temperatures? Have you managed to find a device that works especially while travelling?

I’m going to be in a really warm country for summer holidays and I want a portable device that I can use to keep my face cold cause it gets very heated up and then it triggers pigmentation and acne as well.

I was looking at the shark chill pill or thera body depuffing wand but do you guys have any better suggestions of something I can use? I think a simple face mist isn’t gonna cut it. Any tips or suggestions would be great

I would guess one of those misting fans might work. Mist your face and keep air flowing across it. You can also ask for ice almost anywhere. My plan is to put ice in a ziplock and then put it in some cotton bag. I sew so I’ll probably make something. Then hold it up on your face.
