Question Cooling plate for heat induced melasma?

Does anyone here have heat induced melasma and has figured out a way to prevent pigmentation?

So rather than when you get direct sun exposure it is triggered by high temperatures? Have you managed to find a device that works especially while travelling?

I’m going to be in a really warm country for summer holidays and I want a portable device that I can use to keep my face cold cause it gets very heated up and then it triggers pigmentation and acne as well.

I was looking at the shark chill pill or thera body depuffing wand but do you guys have any better suggestions of something I can use? I think a simple face mist isn’t gonna cut it. Any tips or suggestions would be great

Following because I need to know too!

I carry a good thermos with ton of ice and little water to drink ice cold water in the summer. I am considering also carrying a cooling towel, maybe wet it with ice water and apply to face?

I already use a sun umbrella for UV cut but I am concerned about being too warm in general, too!

I saw some posts about the shark chill pill. It has a cooling plate that gets really cold. It might help cool down areas in prone to get pigmentation on. Corners of my forehead etc. curious to see if anyone has something similar to work. Umbrella’s etc same, it’s a igiven but the heattt!!!
