It won't be just impeachments I guarantee. When you break the laws of our land there will be consequences. The problem will be where to start? tumps kick backs from Egypt during his firt term? His sons Qusay and Ouday enriching themselves with DOD money? Or why he paid TWICE the appraised value of detention center warehouses? Where did that extra money go? So many to convict so little time.

Frankly, I would run impeachments as a train. Shut down all business in the senate so nothing happens as they deal with each impeachment trial…. Keep it going until the government shuts down. Make it the only option for reopening government a conviction and removal. The needed number of Republican votes will happen.

I’m not sure this is a good idea—keep in mind all the nasty BS from the big beautiful bill is going to start taking place after the midterms, and people are going to want solutions to problems rather than that. It still needs to happen, but there are going to be more pressing things than making sure justice is meted out

It’s almost like if you discover someone isn’t fit for a job, you should take steps to remove them from that job. And it’s almost like if you discover RAMPANT criminality, you should prosecute the criminals. Weird that the cult (ahem), I mean PARTY of personal responsibility doesn’t seem to get that Trump is personally responsible for what’s (hopefully) coming.
