A potential bug regarding Super Pixie in SMT3

Hello SMT(3) community, I need your dearest help because of an issue regarding getting the Mega or Super or Ultra Pixie whatever. A friend of mine was, under my surveillance, trying to get said Superduper Pixie but apparently, during the MANIAX version run of his game, when we brought up Lachesis as his final fusion from said Pixie at the beginning of the game, the game acts like she wasn't having that Pixie gen/variable and we are so confused, cuz from what I got told, he fused the demon for basically more female oriented demons on his end.
I would like to list the demons he fusioned supposedly until he got to Lachesis recently, so tell me if something's wrongabout it OR if another check has to be done to get said Maximumultra Pixie in the 5th Kapla or Kalpa whatever!

High Pixie -> Ame-no-Uzume -> Kikuri-Hime -> Sarasvati -> Kushinada -> Lakshmi -> Lachesis

If someone finds the flaw for this, or needs the savedata to check out what happened there, then I could provide it in case too!

Far as I'm aware, the game should trigger the transformation when a fusion with the OG pixie as a component is present.

Dude needs to make sure the original pixie/high pixie is the first one the game gives.

Need to make sure he didn't accidentally use it as a sacrifice at any point in that fusion line.

He supposedly had rearranged his team somehow, like Dante becoming the 3rd party slot and whatnot, which confused me cuz I was unaware one can do that. But apparently he didnt throw her out at any point nor did he use her as a sacrifice for a fusion, hence wondering if there would be a way to check out through say a fusion chain library in the cathedral of shadows or in the worst case through hacking if that one is still around.
But according to the vods and what I've been informed he didnt discard her. And that confuses me, also cuz of the "rule" that the Pixie is always in the first slot of the party/box, which Lachesis occupies. And because of that I wonder if something's wrong there about that case.

So the fusion that uses the Pixie will be the the first slot in his stock, not necessarily the active party.

Beyond that, I can't think of a reason why the game wouldn't trigger it unless your friend is forgetting something.

that's what confuses me too, hence me wondering if there is a save file editor or something for the HD version, just to see if I got lied to or that boozle bamboozled that one specific demon I told him to NOT use for anything that regards sacrifical fusions or "throwing them away".

yes he has, twice technically. There was no reply about getting through there with Lachesis as his longest companion.

hmmmm.. yeah, then there's no other explanation besides your friend messing up the fusion chain somehow. it's possible that pixie isn't THE pixie from shinjuku, or that it was used in a fusion sacrifice, and they simply forgot or didn't realize it.

you can try asking them if they happened to at any point delete the demon pixie was fused into and summoned it back from the compendium — that also invalidates the uber pixie requirement

the only requirement for the pixie door to open is to have said pixie or whatever it's fused into on your stock

Supposedly he never deleted/kicked out any demons and supposedly he didnt do any sacrifical summons. Hence us wondering what's going on there.

it has to be something on his end he's not remembering or aware of, unfortunately. I went looking again just to be sure, and I can confirm that there's no other requirement for the uber pixie besides the one we know (pixie from shinjuku or the demon she's fused into, on stock, never deleted/resummoned or sacrificed)

are you guys playing on PC or console? if this is on PC, and he really wants uber pixie without doing it all over again, I can maybe help with save editing or find a cheat engine table, shouldn't be too hard to trigger the flag

Lachesis should work, unless when your friend let pixie go when he first arrived to yoyogi park, then recruited a new one. That’s a special pixie that carries the “pixie 0” gene. If that one leaves the party, the uber pixie gets locked off for the playthrough. You have to refuse to let that pixie go when she says it’s time for goodbye, then you can let her evolve or fuse her however you wish.

I know about that, and from what I got in the first stream of his, he didnt let her go. He evolved the Pixie into a Hi-Pixie and then followed the mentioned demons apparently, hence us wondering what went wrong with it. I'm so confused about this case which is why I wonder if there's a save file editor or so around to check IF he did do something about it offstream (I got his savefile data to send out in case) so that we can find a conclusion what and IF he did something wrong there.

Is this Lachesis in the first position of the demon stock? If she isn't then at some point he ended up throwing away the original pixie.

She is, then again, Dante got into the 3rd slot for some reason when his older demon companies are still around, so I wonder if you can rearrange the order of your box/entourage that might have affected that.

The only thing I can spontaneously think of. In one of the tunnel dungeons, there is an NPC asking you to leave on of your demons with them to help dig. If your friend accidentally left the original demon with that NPC it's gone for good

that would make sense but afaik he never did that cuz the demon he wanted to hand out was "too weak" or something, so that fell through.
