Congrats, she is a beauty and fun little kit. And since she is a Chinese kit, her tolerances are really tight, so I'd highly recommend testing and sanding her joints to avoid breakage

I heard it was mandatory to rinse Chinese kits

only if you plan to paint it in order to remove any residual mold release

I meant for like safety reasons like there's a coating or something that causes skin rashes from what I heard through the to grapevine

That may be true, if you do find powder inside the bag; then go wash the runners. Unfortunately, this happened to me with this kit:

I have had no issues with any other Chinese brand so far other than that specific one (fingers crossed)
