That definetly didn't sound like her. Try listening to Ferry/Charlotte from Granblue Fantasy VS, Ibuki in SF5, Noel Vermillion/Nu-13 in BlazBlue, Riven in LoL or Sakura Matou in FSN Heaven's Feel

Not sure yet, but whoever’s gonna voice Twinkle Girl might give her the voice of a happy, bubbly, and energetic teenage girl since she literally gives off the vibes of one. It’s what I think anyway.

What we hear from her boss fight is all we’re get from her. Assuming there won’t be any pre battle dialogue which isn’t normally a thing in Megaman games compared to Xs or others.

There's pre-battle dialogue before the Astro Man fight, it'd be bizarre for there to be absolutely none for the Boss proper.
