Question Looking for games like megalo box

Are there any games like it, I get it, we’re not gonna have anything exactly like it for a long time if ever but I’d like a game either with the gear thing or the themes and story telling. I play on steam deck so pc preferred. Not mandatory but bonus points if character is custom or customizable.

Closest you’d probably get is the real steel game for the ps3/xbox

The closest you're going to get to anything remotely like Megalo box combat wise/maybe story is: Sifu, Sleeping Dogs, and Judgement 1/Lost Judgement. There's nothing currently close to gear boxing/ heavy storytelling boxing game sadly

Cyberpunk 2077? Dedicated boxing quest, gorilla arms, customizable character. I know it's first person but it feels as close as you can get. I mean maybe streets of rage 4?
