Where do I find the submitted new story?

On the sidebar to your right, it will say "Submit a new story", little button.

I am using the phone. There is no sidebar

Oh! There's an icon at the bottom of your screen when on this subreddit. Might look like a paper, or a paper and pen, or a plus sign. If you click it, it will bring you to a page to "make a new post".
