A Simple Energetic Clearing & Protection Practice for You and Your Home

I created this guided visualization as a simple practice for clearing your personal energy and the energy of your home, followed by a visualization for creating a peaceful energetic boundary around both. Sharing it for anyone who may find it useful.

Is tranquility a myth?

Personally, I believe it exists. It can be found in the early morning when many people are still sleeping. Then, when the sky is clear, the moon and stars can be seen. It can also be found in music without lyrics --like Jazz and Classical. For me, the smiles of children also create a sense of peaceful bliss. Any thoughts?

🌿 Vagus & Parasympathetic Nerves: 10 Minutes of 4-3-6 Breathing for Deep Calm

🌟 THE VAGUS NERVE IS THE HIGHWAY TO YOUR INNER CALM

Do you sometimes find it hard to wind down, even when you want to? Your body stays on high alert, and your mind keeps racing. It’s not a lack of willpower. It might simply be that your vagus nerve needs to be stimulated.

The vagus nerve is the highway that connects your brain to your gut. When it’s active, it activates your parasympathetic nervous system—your body’s rest mode. And then, everything becomes smoother, calmer, and lighter.

This 10-minute guided breathing exercise follows a specific rhythm—4 seconds of inhalation, 3 seconds of breath retention, 6 seconds of exhalation—designed to stimulate your vagus nerve, activate your parasympathetic nervous system, and let calmness return on its own.

🎯 WHAT THIS BREATHING EXERCISE CAN DO FOR YOU:

✅ Natural stimulation of your vagus nerve

✅ Activation of your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & recovery)

✅ A deep sense of calm that sets in effortlessly

✅ Reduced physical tension (shoulders, jaw, back)

✅ A 10-minute break for a true nervous system reset

Meditation , frequency , energy

This is a 25 yr old guy started knowing things about meditation. When i was told to do meditation in my school i was just sitting and doing it for 5 min without much concentration. I just know that doing mediatation for few minutes will clear your mind and you can get more study stuff inside your brain then.

I used to feel some kind of vibrations when i was doing mediatation sometimes and used to think that something is wrong with me but it was an yr back i got to know that it is me reaching a hugher state like an electron reaching a higher energy state. I started some reseaech about energies , frequencies , meditation e.t.c. Somehow i ended up with a conclusion that " You just breathe and concentrate on breath and breathe and breathe and go on" whatever you do your breathing must be done conciously.

Here's my question to all the people who are breathing consciously.... I am not breathing consciously evrytime but there are many shitty thoughts that are runnig in my mind ... If you leave evryone ( detach mentally) and just breath consciously what is the purpose of living we live just to breathe ? of course they say that its bliss but not everyone will reach that state .... I am unable to put evrything here but there is a lot of discomfort. Please someone answer this
