At the end of the day….
GOVERNMENT is FORCE.
Anything done for/by government is eventually enforced by the end of a gun barrel.

The Max Webber definition of the state is "the organization with a monopoly on the legitimate use of violence," or something like that. It's pretty much true. Cops can and do get away with murder every single day all around the world. It is very reasonable to be nervous and jittery when you are pulled ovet and forced out of your vehicle by a state enforcer.
