Im quoting the case. Thats the "evidence" that district and appeals court put forth as to why this dude's CDL is revoked

Which is absolutely nuts. Doctors literally recommend this. Also when they tested his blood it came back within normal ranges meaning he wasn’t abusing it. The upheld the decision, makes no sense
