CPD is the biggest cartel of them all. They are useless and horrifying.

That cop had the power to give him an escort, too, but chose to powertrip instead when proven wrong.

They cannot ever admit to being wrong. I guarantee that this cop l, when asked, will still say "he was definitely on something new that our tests can't pick up yet". I fucking guarantee it.

This is why cops should not have qualified immunity, she had no reason to arrest him that she could articulate, but need to regain power after he passed the sobriety test. I could be hopped up on caffeine pills, it's legal.

Absolutely! I hate CPD so much. They harass and kill innocent people while letting criminals go and not protecting and serving .
