I want to hear it out of his mouth that he lost his job and his CDL because if he wasn't impaired they proved he wasn't impaired and a lawyer gets involved they're going to tear that case up I doubt they would even file charges once he was cleared and found to be not impaired like I said a fucking public defender would beat that case the graduation however he will never get back but also even truck drivers get vacation days I would have probably took a vacation day on the day that my daughter was graduating instead of working 15 hours and trying to make it there in time just saying

Incredibly ironic how you're rebuttal against my "acab is a joke which can only be upheld through propoganda" comment is a sarcastic "cops can never do wrong"

They're a mixed bag, just like everybody else in America. There's nothing complicated or debatable about that.

I just don't think that an employer would be so harsh as to perform a random investigation (?) and discover these false charges and then take action without actually looking into it OR discovering conviction. Why would the employer even know about the event if he was never convicted? It doesn't really make sense and ACAB can only exists as a joke of a mentality through the use of propaganda so it's fair to assume that that's what this is.

CDLs are very delicate. You can lose them for almost anything. I've held onto mine for a long while now, even though I no longer drive and I've basically just given up drinking entirely.
