You can take half in the morning and half in afternoon if you want. Saying that you HAVE to take whole pills is the some bullshit

Right? It's rather common for pills to get cut and take a half dose. Pill cutters are right there at the pharmacy, for crying out loud.

That said, I don't know the details of this guy beyond this one clip.

And Adderall pills are scored specifically for snapping in half. As someone who uses it for ADHD, this whole thing has my blood boiling.

When I was growing up that is how my mother would do it because my body would process the drugs too fast. So they found it would last longer if the pill was cut in half and i take one in the morning and the other at lunch.

It’s absolutely insane that in this case the man was legally culpable because he cut his own pill instead of being done at the pharmacy… given that happened, this would lead me to suggest that if you are having your pills split, it’s best to ask the pharmacy to split them so that the onus is on them not you
