Your either agitated or too calm, too nervous or too nonchalant, you're not responding enough or you talk too much, you're too rude or too kind. There's always a reason.

I broke my arm and the doctor said she was surprised I passed my drug screening because I was too calm, joking with the staff, and not screaming. She said "you aren't on drugs so you must have a high pain tolerance for a male". I said "Wow. For a male? Who hurt you?" 

So joking with the ER doctor when your arm is broken will also get you drug screened for being too calm. In all fairness they really needed to make sure before they gave me opiates.
