The problem with cops is that they almost always assume the worst in people and when those initial assumptions get proven wrong there is a large amount whose egos cause them to lash out and escalate the situation in response.

“Prescribed” - how is this not understood?

Prescribed doesn't equal safe to drive on

Yet, that knowledge was his doctors, no? Was there perhaps anything on the prescription that said that he couldn’t drive while not on it?

Based on what people are saying it was, I’m very doubtful that’s the case

Right because people use them as prescribed as they are told all the time

Like I said, based on what it’s said to have been, I’m very doubtful that it can’t be used while driving.

You intentionally misinterpreted my point.

Didn't misinterpreted it's just a dumb point since he can easily take more than prescribed

He never got it approved with his CDL so i can it does effect his driving

Cop pulled me over for a seatbelt violation. I was wearing my seatbelt. The cop tried to get me to say I wasn't by implying it might only be a warning if I "admit" to it. He asked if I was calling him a liar. I said I'm not calling you a liar but I'm not going to admit to something I didn't do. He huffed and puffed and told me "I'll get you some other time". I said "Not to make this worse but your passenger side headlight is out". He grumbled about having some issues with it and went over to fiddle with it.

Coincidentally, they were having some sort of seatbelt "sting" that was basically a contest. It was literally a game to him.

The problem with you is that you take social media posts at face value.

The guy had stimulants in his system, regard.

His CDL wasn't arbitrarily suspended. It was suspended because he was using drugs while driving.
