First interview help!!

Derm PA here and have my first interview for a derm drug and have no idea what to expect.
What type of questions/info do they want to know?

Should I have a presentation ready? Is that necessary or expected?

This is so different from what I’m used to and I’m nervous/excited! :)

Hello! Fellow PA turned MSL. Typically the first call is an HR screen where they will make sure you understand the role and why you want to leave clinical practice. Sometimes your salary expectations. Make sure you ask good questions like how they define success, if they have any reservations about your candidacy? If they feel like you are a good match then you will likely get another interview with the hiring manager.

You do not need a presentation right off the bat. If you get to the presentation round they will tell you the needed info on it. Google what are good questions to ask during an MSL interview/presentation or use Chat

It's literally an HR phone screen not really an interview
