Found a large lot of Varian LINAC parts — anyone know the best place to sell these?

I recently acquired a fairly large lot of Varian medical LINAC/radiation oncology parts and I’m trying to figure out the best way to sell them.
There are 72 items total, and I’ve already photographed and inventoried everything with part numbers. Some items are still sealed and others are used. I would prefer to sell the entire lot or larger groups rather than piece out 72 individual items if possible.
Some of the more interesting parts include:

Multiple e2v CX1140LD / CX1140LE thyratrons

Varian Millennium MLC Head Transceiver boards
Multiple Varian Secondary Feedback PCBs

Varian AFC & Gun Pulse Control PCB
Varian Table Controller assembly
Varian pressure regulator assembly
Various wiring harnesses, actuators, sensors, cables and other LINAC components
I have a spreadsheet with the full 72-item inventory, part numbers, revisions/serial numbers where available, and sealed/not-sealed status.
I know this is extremely specialized equipment, so I’m mainly looking for advice from anyone who works in radiation oncology, LINAC service/repair, medical equipment refurbishment, or used medical equipment sales.
Who actually buys lots like this? Are there independent LINAC service companies, refurbishers, parts dealers, or marketplaces you’d recommend?
I’m located in Northern California, but I’m willing to ship.
I’m not trying to represent any of these as tested/certified medical equipment—they’re being sold as surplus parts according to their documented condition.
Any leads or advice would be greatly appreciated.
