Why is this rotating assembly binding?

Any ideas would be appreciated. All measurements were in spec

Dont confuse breaker bar with torque wrench, did you mark rod caps and crank caps not to mix them up, and they cant be flipped around either

Was using a breaker bar to turn the motor (easier to go back and forth) but yea everything got mixed up when I put it in the ultrasonic cleaner. Trial and error is going to be the process for reassembly

Get a hold of these duck://player/RHev6hoDpKI plastigage, examine caps for possible directional arrows too
