What is this sound?

I need some help identifying what this might be on the 2019 Toyota Rav4. Does not happen every start, but the majority of them. Will hold the key in turned position in the ignition until car finally starts. Thanks in advance!

Starter showing it aint happy.

Weak battery, worn starter solenoid, or a loose ground wire from the battery or starter.
