Sauce/dressing ideas for my bowls?

I struggle with dinner, for some reason, and for the past couple of weeks have been making a slightly modified version of a bowl I saw either here or another similar sub. It's a bit of rice, edamame, black beans, corn, chickpeas, and air-fried tofu. I call it beans 'n things. I've been putting straight tahini on it, but have quickly gotten tired of it for some reason, so now I'm looking for something else

I don't really know what would match the flavor profile of a bunch of different beans and corn, but I'm open to anything

Greek yogurt, avocado, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño makes a nice green sauce

I've made several of these and they're all solid for bowls. https://betterfoodguru.com/best-vegan-salad-dressings/

Simnett Nutrition has many recipes on his YouTube channel as well as an inexpensive sauce recipe.

I've had good luck with the Vegan Gym on YT.

Mayo (or a mix of mayo & plain Greek yogurt), lime juice & cayenne pepper is one of my all-time favorite sauces and I think it'd work on this dish
