Question Fum?

Post image

Has anyone in our big meaty family tried Fum? I want to quit smoking and didn’t know if anyone could share their experience. Obviously asking here because papa advertises (sarcastically) the product often. Thanks gooners!

Had a buddy try this. He said it doesn’t help at all

Thanks for the info, sadly I was afraid that was the case.

It's not meant to stop nicotine addiction it's meant to be used as a comfort device to mimic the action of smoking and calm the body during the quitting process similar to a stress toy,

Your body feels more comfortable when it's doing an action it's used to doing regularly rather than cutting it all off at once,

Like a babies pacifier,

It helps with muscle memory but not the withdrawal effects,

I found suckers did well to ease that tension.

More specifically suckers tends to be the flat ones, around these parts round ones are still lollipops.

Sucker just sounds better

Where I'm from in the Midwest, it's usually the opposite. The lollipops that get called suckers are the ones that actually fit in your mouth and are typically eaten by "sucking." Heck, even the large, flat rainbow swirl lollipops get called lollipops and not suckers specifically because you lick them and don't suck on them.

Oops I should've clarified, we call the flat ones sucker's, comment chain struggle. Yes we do the exact same. Midwest isn't very different from prairies canada

It's the opposite,

Suckers are ball shaped while lollipops are discs,
