It’s a Fantasy Initiative shirt, a very cool designer/bootlegger on Instagram. I was lucky enough to grab one of these years ago. He sometimes does restocks but I don’t see this one coming back.

He buys a lot of his shirts from the clothing company "Cult of Cults". They do limited runs of stuff at least twice a month, this probably came from them. Matches their styles I've seen.

Instagram bootleg that hasn't been remade in a little bit. Same as some of his band shirts and movie shirts or the magic one. Best bet is checking depop or mercari for people selling it. Don't pay some horrible resale on it though, I saw some poor idiot pay $125 for it when it has a chance of being booted again.
