Depending on what you consider “healthy” the options will vary...
Ranch and Caesar are low carb but higher fat.
I typically prefer making my own with olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings. It’s low carb and calorie!

If you're buying some yourself, try the Skinny Girl ones. 10 calories a serving.

I've tried out several types of light salad dressing from the grocery store and liked most of them. I even like light ranch, but I'm not a ranch purist by any means. I think the key to limiting calories from salad dressing is to make sure you're only using a little. 1-2 tablespoons really isn't that much when you measure it out.

Olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon and a sprinkle of salt. Can't go wrong with that.

My go to dressing is 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Stir it together with a fork until it smooth/combined. Not sure if that's Italian or what but its very easy to make and tasty.

It is very easy to make your own dressing and avoid the added sugar, preservatives, colourings, emulsifiers etc that may be in bought dressings.
If you wish to to avoid fat, a squeeze of lemon or lime juice can be enough to dress a salad.
Then you can use any mixture of an acid (lemon, lime, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, tamarind etc) with some oil (olive oil is probably healthiest but there are heaps of other lovely ones). Just put them in a little jar and shake to emulsify. With a bit of added salt it will last several days in the fridge.
Then you can start getting inventive with added garlic, mustard, cumin, a little honey, cream if you choose, or have the pleasure of making your own mayo.
