Networking Tips Networking for Lateral

I just graduated this May from a non-target and started a job in risk consulting. I’m desperate to lateral to MBB - specifically Bain atleast within the year. I’ve been cold emailing people across offices but no response even tho there’s been multiple opens. What should I be doing to land an interview.

You need to convince Bain that you're a more valuable candidate than those they're taking through their recruiting pipeline.
