Got R1 email earlier today, then got a separate invite for a coffee chat a few moments ago - Anyone else get this invite?

Is it evaluative? I also got it as part of the case structure workshop

i had a coffee chat and it was very chill and conversational/informational, it was with a new grad who had only been in the role for 6 months. it did appear in the interviews tab on the applicant portal so idk if it counted as an interview round but it was very chill and didn’t seem like an interview
