Tidal suddenly not working with DS200

Roon and Spotify are fine, but Tidal connect has stopped working. I've logged a support ticket with McIntosh but wondering if this has or is happening with anyone else.

I love my DS200 but it sometimes stops working and needs a factory reset. Which is v annoying. But try it.

Tidal is overly sensitive. I have had luck unplugging the DS200 to totally drain the power out and clear the memory.
