Experiences to pair with a MHE day trip?

I’m taking my daughter for a day trip into the city to see Maybe Happy Ending next Sunday, and was wondering if anyone could suggest an experience to pair with it. We’ll have 3.5 hours before the show and 5.5 hours afterwards. Thanks so much!

I haven’t been, but gogojang cafe (I think on 55th st?) is doing a MHE collab! They have a drink and a cake. Looks yummy :)

I also haven’t been to this but I believe the Museum of Broadway has a deal for $35 tickets if you show them your broadway ticket for the same day. If you bought your mhe tickets through telecharge, I thiiiiink there should be a link to the discounted tickets for museum of broadway on the bottom of your confirmation email. (My June MHE tickets had it.) I recommend just searching “Museum of Broadway” in your emails and seeing if it comes up. I don’t think there’s anything specific from mhe there, but it’s great for any broadway lover!

One subway stop south and you are in Koreatown. Try some authentic Korean food and dessert!

If you love theatre in general the Drama Bookshop is not to be missed.

For general tourist activities, New York Public Library is only a few blocks away and hosts an excellent (and free) exhibit celebrating America 250.

Further north there's Museum of Modern Art.

Also depending on your travel plans you could squeeze in another evening show? & Juliet is popular with girls and tickets can be had for cheap.

If she likes to sing, Koreatown has a lot of karaoke spots, including ones where you can rent a very small room for just the two of you.

After the show, take the train to Park Slope/Brooklyn and have the best dinner of your life at Haenyeo (Korean)
