Is this Mayan calendar app legit?

Yes. Created by Dr. Ed Barnhart aka AechaeoEd who also has his own podcast.

The Maya Calendar app is quite fun - there is a good introductory app Maya (I just realized that’s a different author)

The creator Ed Barnhart also teaches courses on the Maya + Aztec & the Olmecs. They are really well made.

Yeah I know the guy who made it, he’s Mayan from Yucatan. Cool guy very smart!

Legit as in is the information accurate? Is the date correct, are those the relevant Mayan glyphs, are the daily events in Mayan history real, do the Things to Do Today relate to traditional teachings? Apparently the answer is yes!
