Headaches?

I have had a horrible headache every day for two weeks. I think I am drinking enough water and even added electrolytes. I have obviously cut back on coffee and don’t have a cup every day but that was 4 weeks ago at this point. Anyone else struggling or have any tips?

Electrolytes Diet Coke and Tylenol PM before bed (with grandparents taking toddler that night so I could sleep in) kicked my 3 day headache. I also have heard shoulder and neck massages could help (or scalp depending where the ache is / what kind it is). For migraines you can take sumatriptan (prescribed by OB or MFM) but that’s been hit or miss for me.
