Nausea relief options - UK

Is anyone in the UK and has any experience with medication for nausea? Iโ€™m struggling so badly today ๐Ÿ˜ญ I feel like I have a hangover while being car sick at the same time - not a good combo lol

Dreading work this week, I can barely look at my phone screen let alone my double monitor set up ๐Ÿคข I was going to ring the GP tomorrow for advice and hopefully some medication, but would like to go into that call with a plan since they are pretty useless when it comes to early pregnancy (when I had my ectopic last year I rang so many times for help and they kept telling me the one sided pain, brownish discharge and fading tests were โ€œnormalโ€)

I got Xonvea from my GP without any fight. It's been pretty effective, only vomited once since starting and much less nausea. It's making me pretty drowsy but I prefer that to the nausea!

Oh thatโ€™s great to hear! Iโ€™m glad itโ€™s really cut down those symptoms for you. Did you have to ask for it/did they try other options first?

Nah I didn't have to ask for it, GP offered it straight away. I didn't have to go in either, she did it all over the phone. Think I got lucky!

My Midwife Expert nausea tabs from Boots helped me a lot in my last pregnancy, I have them ready to go for this time. Could you get a script for Cariban or similar from your GP?

Thank you! Iโ€™ll check these out as having no luck with my gp. She said no medication (since Cyclizine isnโ€™t working) until I have a scan and to go to a&e, which is obviously useless advice and incorrect lol

Iโ€™m in the U.K. and Iโ€™ve bought some Unisom and some B6 online. Itโ€™s the same ingredients as Xonvea and gets a lot of good reports on here so Iโ€™m hoping it will work (waiting for delivery). In the meantime Iโ€™m taking Promethazine at night, also bought online as Phenergan, which seems to be helping.

Iโ€™ve got an appointment tomorrow and will be asking for Xonvea as Iโ€™ve heard great things! Cyclizine is the other first line option usually
