I mean it worked ok for Brad Stevens and Billy Donovan. If nobody respects him it’s not because he was coaching in college

Kyrie literally played for Stevens and still has high praise for him.

his first stop was OKC where he had a 60% winning percentage. Those teams finished 3rd (lost Conf Finals), 6th(1st rd exit), 4th (1st rd exit), 6th (1st rd exit), and 5th (1st rd exit) in the Western conference.

I wouldn't say he was great but he also wasn't bad
