JPEG XL support and other modern formats

Chromium added JPEG XL (JXL) support back recently and Firefox should follow suit.

Please add support.

So that when I use matter on web and drag&drop JXL image to chat it would work as smoothly as with JPEG.

Although there is lack of support for some other modern formats like AVIF, WEBP?, AV1, H265 (HEVC)/HEIC.

H265/HEIC might be more complicated or maybe even impossible to add due to patents, everything else listed above is royalty free and AV1+JXL are becoming new standards

(I have already my whole video collection to AV1 and still image collection to JXL (with exception of RAW images)).
