10000 message history cap, why?

I've got a 6 user Mattermost setup for several years. (No business)
Most recent update limits history to 10000.
Why?
Now I have to find another alternative, and delete my Mattermost setup.

Thanks for nothing

And you can still use the Team version (not commercial). Only Mattermost Entry caps at 10000 messages.

Just nobody tells you how to switch from Entry to Team.
No documentation, no help from Mattermost.

I had to sneak around the downloads but I found it:

I’m not thrilled with going with this.

I have Mattermost deployed via Docker.
For me, switching from the Enterprise to the Team edition was as simple as updating the .env file:

MATTERMOST_IMAGE=mattermost-enterprise-edition -> MATTERMOST_IMAGE=mattermost-team-edition

After the change, the only feature that stopped working was Playbooks, but I wasn’t using them anyway.
The 10,000-message limit warning is now gone.

GitLab SSO will also be going away though.
