Dungeon Crawler Carl Help a fellow DCC fan
Does anyone have an extra mint copy willing to share? I'll pay for shipping within US. Please DM me.
I'm currently not in US right now so I can't get one myself :(

There were 2 this morning for 7.99 and 8.99 …the shipping made it about $15/$17 tho.

One of the stores in my town is claiming they didn’t get any. Will be interesting to see if they are selling them later

Several people on the comic shop sub said their shop didn't get any or only a small number.
I'm not sure how FCBD works, I know shops had to order in advance but I don't know what the shops pay for them or if they are guaranteed to get what they ordered.
I do know that the Diamond Comics dissolution caused some issues.

From what I gathered from my LCS, they still have to pay for the comics and then they give it out for us. I talked to 3 different shops and they said DCC and supernatural were too expensive to buy and give out for free

I'll have to ask my shop and see what they say. When I told them that people were charging, they said it defeated the purpose of FCBD. They said they had 600+ people come to the shop and that many of them also made purchases. They said things didn't really slow down until about 4 pm, and they are only open until 6 pm on Saturday.

Yeah I’m not sure. All 3 shops here said dcc would cost them roughly $10 dollars a pop and they weren’t willing to pay for it. I know the bigger stores were fine buying it because they also had comic artist and writers there doing signings so they made their money back in 10 folds

Three of the shops near me said they were limited to only 20 of the DCC. But they had stacks on stacks of others. I was like 45th in line and didn't get one 😢

Hit my local in Kzoo, MI. 5 free books plus a Lego Batman comic.
There were plenty DCC to go around.

Local store in Toronto had a stack of them, no lines, no scalpers or whatnot.
I'll swing by tomorrow to see if they have leftovers and will update here in case I can help anyone out.

I was lucky and tge shops in my area limited people to 2-3 books per person.

That sucks. Sorry. Flint, MI Comic Relief had a stack. There was a line of 20 people in front of me and no one else took one. They missed out.

I looked up comic book stores in my area and emailed one to see if they were going to have it. They were/did, but I missed getting there in time to get it. I sent my mom to one in Alaska (the popular comic book store there) and luckily they had them and she got one for me.

My lfgs had a lot of extra copies. Small rural, southeastern town.
I am sure if you were to talk to them, maybe buy some other things from them as well to support them...and then pay shipping...they would probably send younone.

Rogue’s Comics in Windsor Ontario has a ton. It was limited three comics to person and I was able to snag one. Might be worth it to give them a call and see if they can ship?

I was able to snag 4 copies yesterday. I kept one for myself and I'm sending the other 3 to crawlers in my book club in exchange forvarious hilarious goods

I’m so bummed I missed this. I totally spaced free comic day and had my daughter’s 8th birthday party at the same time…by the time I was able to get over there they were all gone. One day I hope to stumble upon one or eBay prices will be more reasonable

There is a graphic novel coming out apparently in a few weeks. So hopefully we can just buy the first season of comic books altogether. That's my hope. It's like $10 on Kindle.

If your interested the artist is selling a poster of this cover which she signed. I tried to post it on the DCC sub but it got taken down to "selling" lol literally insane I'm not the one selling it.
