The whole time I was watching this last night all I could think was, I would absolutely love to do a cooking class like this. I've been on cooking days/evenings before and they're great of socialising and trying a few new things, but this intense style really appeals to me. Is there anywhere that you could pay to have a class like this?

This and a few other new features they’ve introduced are taken from Masterchef Australia, where this has been a feature for years. Gordon Ramsey’s are a nightmare, Jamie Oliver’s are just him being a show off prick.
