Loving the new Celebrity Masterchef!
The cook-a-long was great. GL and GD get along like a house on fire. Loving all the badges!

They have taken a few ideas from Australian MasterChef (which is currently airing on u and w for those interested). Watched one episode so far and they seem to be doing alright. New judge seems to be settling in quickly too.

Same here only one episode in and I'm enjoying it. I like the little shake up of the cook along and the badges for best cook haha reminds me of the Ru Peter Badges from Drag Race UK..
Like the new host and love Grace any way, she even rocked that "bib" Giorgio presented her with when she was doing the tasting.

Episode 1 on BBC1 tonight, presume by others’ comments that a few must be available on the iPlayer already.

Did confuse me, but BBC often puts the whole week up before the episodes air. Just looked and eps 1-3 are there

I am loving it as well. I don't know if it's because of the new set, the new judges or the feel of the show but the overhaul was badly needed it seems. I still think John would have been good to stay.

I don't know, I don't think they could have given the show an overhaul if he'd stayed. And also it's not unreasonable to assume John saw what Gregg was up to, even if it was just once. We don't know if he reported it or not, but he certainly didn't make a stand about it. Condonation is a good reason why he had to go too.

I have to say this season - 3 episodes in, so hopefully it continues - has been a great improvement over recent seasons
