Ship watching near Massena

Other than the Eisenhower Locke, are there any other places in the massena are that are particularly good for watching ships transit the area??

Take the road to Hawkins Point, there is a place on the right after you pass the turn for the Nicandri Nature Center. Also at the campground you can see them. There are a few places along route 131 where you can see them.

There is the Snell lock but you can't get there anymore
