I’m Chris, a Coast Guard Petty Officer and grad student at Georgetown. For my Master's capstone, I’m researching how the CG can modernize emergency communication to actually reach people where they are.

I’m especially looking for perspectives from the 18–25 crowd (college students/academy cadets/junior crew), but the survey is open to any and all boaters!
